We’re programmed to feel a certain sense of loyalty to our friends from an early age, but we’re not often equipped with the skills needed to build healthy, lasting relationships. In this episode, we explore our personal experiences with friendship breakups and discuss the underlying emotions that are difficult to face. This is a challenging conversation but one we’re both happy to have created time and space for.
